Our Story
Over the last few years, we’ve seen a population explosion in Monsey, along with some new restaurants to accommodate the growing clientele. Yet, people were still making the trip to Manhattan when they wanted a truly memorable night out.
But long rides, endless traffic, limited parking, and crowded eateries make for a less-than-ideal experience.
As experienced restaurateurs in Monsey, we wondered if there was a better option. What if there was a local restaurant that combined upscale dining, exclusive wines, luxury ambiance, and even some privacy? What if there was one place that offered private seating, an event room, and a center bar?
And so we created this oasis.
It’s a place where everyone can enjoy an environment perfectly suited to their needs, along with delectable food and exceptional service.

Executive Chef
Welner Aguilar started experimenting in the kitchen as a young child. By the tender age of 7, he already knew his future was in the cooking industry. Living as a teen in a Central American rainforest, Welner learned how to cultivate food, how the climate impacts flavor, and most of all, how to respect and appreciate food and the labor of love that goes into every dish.
After training in The Culinary Institute of America and the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, Welner spent his early career involved in every aspect of the food service industry. He spent time baking, grilling, cooking, and serving, experiencing the tremendous possibilities in food preparation.
